Creekside Village is a mandatory homeowners dues association. The 2010 annual dues are $275 and are to be paid by January 1, 2010. Dues will be delinquent if paid after January 31, 2010. Payment plans can be arranged by contacting the Treasurer, Barbara Fielding, 972-272-9528 or rshoe3@verizon.net.
