The Annual Homeowners Association Board Meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 19, 2010.  The meeting will start at 7:00 pm at the Garland Cafe located at 2334 W Buckingham Road #240 (shopping center at the south-east corner of Shiloh Rd and Buckingham Rd).  

Please make plans to attend this important annual meeting and consider volunteering to help keep your neighborhood a wonderful place to live and play!!

The agenda will be mailed to all homeowners during the month of September. New board members will be elected and annual officer reports with be presented during the meeting.  If a Creekside Village homeowner would like to add an agenda item under “new business”, please contact a board member by October 8th.

If homeowners are not able to attend, please complete your proxy vote sheet that will be mailed in September and provide it to a board member or a neighbor who will attend the meeting.
